Salary Review Policy
cyberThink carries out a performance review for all employees at least once annually.
Paid Overtime
Normally over 40 hours a week is considered overtime. cyberThink will pay overtime only if it is pre-approved.
Bonus Policy
cyberThink awards bonuses
based on overall company and employee performance.
401K Retirement and Profit Sharing
Plan
Employees are eligible to
participate in our 401(k) plan immediately upon completing
One year of services. cyberThink may also make matching and/or
profit sharing contributions to the plan.
Paid Time Off (Includes - Vacation,
Sick, Personal, Holidays, etc.)
New Full time employees are eligible for 16 paid days a year
including holidays. Paid days are accrued at a rate of 1 1/3
days per month. Management approval is required for any time
off. After Three years of service have been completed, employees
are eligible for 20 days off.
Guest House Facilities
The company has guest
houses, which are used to house new employees relocating to
the USA. These facilities are available for the employees
for two weeks into the first project.
Relocation for Project
The company provides two weeks of accommodation and car rental if needed, when an employee is moved from one project to another out-of-state project. All approved luggage moving costs will be reimbursed when original receipts are provided. The company also reimburses the cost associated with changing car registration, driver's license and transportation costs incurred for interviews when original receipts are provided.
Health Care Coverage
Each employee is entitled to the medical treatment and prescription medicines as per the policy laid down by the insurance company. The employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify any open questions with our health insurance administrator.

Skill Upgrade and Training Benefits
The company encourages each and every employee to sharpen their technical skills. All fees for approved professional exams like Microsoft, Sun Certification, or Oracle certification are fully reimbursed upon successful completion. Management approval is required before incurring expenses. Following 1000 hours of employment, cyberThink, Inc. will pay for up to $2000.00 of training (management
pre-approved) per calendar year. Please check with your Recruiter/HelpDesk for procedure to apply for this training.
Auto and Homeowners Insurance Discounts
Through the company's
membership in the New Jersey Business & Industry
Association, cyberThink's employees are eligible to apply
for insurance coverages available through the NJM Insurance
Company. NJM is among the top four providers of private passenger
automobile insurance in New Jersey, and individuals must be
employed by a member of NJBIA or the state of New Jersey to
be eligible to apply.
Employee Referral Program

Referral Fee of $500 for a billable
